Green Cay Villas Reservation Policy

• Deposit Policy: All reservations require credit card deposit of 30% of stay at time of booking.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of reservation within 30 days to 3 nights prior to arrival. Penalty waived for threat of storm.
• Minimum Package Stay: 5 Nights
