Green Cay Villas Reservation Policy

• Deposit Policy: All reservations require credit card deposit of 30% of stay at time of booking.
• Cancellation Policy:
  - 30 days or more prior arrival: Deposit Refund
  - Less than 30 days: No Refund or Certificate Gift
  - No show & Early Departure : 100% of the total stay charged
• Minimum Package Stay: 2 Nights
